본 정책은 핫템쇼(이하 ‘회사’)가 제공하는 모든 서비스 내에서 저작물을 이용자가 이용함에 있어 저작권법 및 기타 법령을 준수한 올바른 이용방법을 정하고 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

① 회사는 저작권법 및 기타 법령을 준수하고 저작권법의 보호를 받는 저작물에 관한 판단은 법과 판례를 따릅니다.
② 회사의 서비스에서 제공되는 모든 디지털 콘텐츠(사진, 동영상, 텍스트 등)는 저작권법에 의하여 보호받는 저작물로 별도의 저작권 표시 또는 다른 출처를 표시한 경우를 제외하고는 원칙적으로 회사에 저작권이 있습니다.
③ 회사는 서비스 내 게시물이 저작권 및 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 회사의 정책 또는 관련 법령에 위배되는 경우 해당 게시물을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

① 이용자는 저작권법 및 기타 법령을 준수할 의무가 있고, 회원이 위반한 경우 자격이 일시 또는 영구 정지될 수 있습니다.
② 회사의 서비스 내 모든 저작물은 회사가 허용하는 범위를 초과하여 복제, 전송, 배포, 방송, 출판 등의 저작권 침해행위를 금지합니다. 만일 회사가 허용하지 않는 저작권 침해행위로 인해 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 이용자에게 책임이 귀속됩니다.
③ 회사가 허용하는 범위 내에서 저작물을 이용하는 경우에도 무단 변경은 금지되고 반드시 출처 표기를 하여야 하며, 타인의 성명 · 초상 · 명예 · 퍼블리시티권 등 인격적 이익이 침해되는 행위를 하여서는 아니 됩니다.

① 회사가 제공하는 서비스 내에서 자신의 저작권이 침해당했다고 주장하는 권리자는 그 사실을 소명하여 아래 담당자에게 그 저작물의 게시 중단 및 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

② 회사의 서비스 내 게시된 링크를 통해 연결되는 웹사이트 게시물에 대하여 자신의 저작권이 침해당했다고 주장하는 권리자 역시 위 담당자에게 그 링크의 게시 중단 및 삭제를 요청할 수 있으나, 해당 링크를 통해 연결되는 웹사이트 게시물에 대하여는 회사에서 아무런 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
③ 회사의 서비스 내 콘텐츠 중 별도 계약에 따라 제휴사로부터 콘텐츠를 제공받아 게시된 콘텐츠의 경우, 저작권 침해 등에 대한 모든 문제는 제휴사가 책임을 부담하고 회사는 면책될 수 있습니다.

The purpose of this policy is to establish the correct method of use in compliance with copyright laws and other laws and to prescribe other necessary matters when users use works within all services provided by ‘Hottemshow’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’)

① The company complies with copyright laws and other laws and regulations, and judges of works protected by copyright law follow laws and precedents.
② In principle, all digital content (photos, videos, text, etc.) provided by the Company's services is copyrighted by the Company, except for separate copyright indications or other sources as works protected by copyright law.
③ The company may delete a post in the service if it violates copyright and other people's rights or violates the company's policies or related laws.

① Users are obligated to comply with copyright laws and other laws, and their qualifications may be suspended temporarily or permanently if members violate them.
② All works in the company's service are prohibited from copyright infringement such as reproduction, transmission, distribution, broadcasting, and publication beyond the scope permitted by the company. If there is any dispute arising from copyright infringement that the company does not allow, the user is liable.
③ Even if a work is used within the scope permitted by the company, unauthorized changes are prohibited and the source must be marked, and personal interests such as the name, portrait, honor, and publicity rights of others should not be violated.

① The right holder who claims that his/her copyright has been infringed within the services provided by the company may request the person in charge below to stop and delete the publication of the work.

② The right holder who claims that his copyright has been infringed on a website post linked to the company's service may also request the above representative to stop and delete the link, but the company is not responsible for the website post linked to the link.
③ In the case of content posted after receiving content from an affiliate under a separate contract among the contents in the company's service, the affiliate may be liable for all issues such as copyright infringement and the company may be exempted.
